Kazakhstan was examined by the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) - which is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights - at its 44th session, 3-21 May 2010 in Geneva.

Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination

Kazakhstan was examined by the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination - which is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination - at its 76th session, 15 February - 12 March 2010 in Geneva.
