Germany was examined by the UN Committee Against Torture (CAT) - which is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment - at its 47th session, 31 October - 25 November 2011.

Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights

Germany was examined by the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) - which is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights - at its 46th session, 2 - 20 May 2011 in Geneva.


Special Procedures
